Several factors help determine the costs:

• Number of hours of care per week (a minimum of 2 hours service is required)
• Level of home care services received (medical or non-medical)
• Our home care services are typically billed on an hourly basis

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Master, AMEX), online payment, cheque and bank transfer.

Simple. Our clients are special to us; we demand our cargivers are special too. All Evercare professionals are personally vetted and tested. We have a lot of contact with each cargiver to ensure they are not only qualified, but they are personable and trustworthy enough to care for our clients. For extra confidence, we give you the opportunity to view caregiver profiles before the start of your service. In-person interviews are also available upon request.

The type of care professional you hire depends on the needs of your loved one. Nurses handle more specialised and medical tasks like stoma care and wound dressing, whereas a health care worker provides more general caregiving in the form of daily assistance and companionship.

Evercare’s selection process involves rigorous screening of care professionals. We review qualifications and carry out interviews with each care professional we select, to ensure we have only the best on our team.

1. Minor – We hold our clients in the highest regard and will do everything possible to respect their wishes. Our care professionals will call the client’s emergency contact to inform them of the incident, and they will decide on further action together.
2. Serious – If our care professional judges the situation to be serious, s(he) will call 999 first, then contact the family members after the incident has been brought under control. They will update the family members regularly.
