    • Clients are required to bare the cost of wound care materials

    • Cleanse wound site to remove debris and bacteria
    • Apply prescribed medications 
    • Complete dressing changes 
  • Infection Prevention

    • Assess wound for signs of infection (e.g redness, swelling, increased pain)
    • Reposition patient to relieve pressure on wounds and promote blood circulation
