  • What documents do I need to prepare before submitting my application?

    Before you apply, please prepare the following documents:

    • Hong Kong ID
    • Certificate of Graduation, Certificate of Professional Qualification or healthcare related certificates  PHeal

    Your documents are used to verify your identity.

    Your personal information is kept confidential.  We never shared with third parties without your consent. By submitting your application, you agree to accept the terms outlined in the agreement.

  • I have submitted my application, what is the next step?

    We will verify your documents. If additional information is required, we will contact you via WhatsApp. The verification process takes approximately 3-5 business days.

    After your account is verified, you will be able to view and apply to available jobs.

  • Why do I need to complete my profile?

    Completing your profile is a crucial part of Evercare's registration process,  your profile acts as your resume, and is the best tool for you to get hired. Clients will choose caregivers based on their experience, skills and qualifications, which will be displayed on your profile. Clients want to know about you, so the more complete your profile is, the more likely you will get hired.

  • How do I apply for jobs?

    After successful verification, you will be able to apply for all jobs that you see on the app. If you find a job that you are interested in, you can apply directly and be notified on the application status on the app.

  • Am I covered by insurance?

    You are considered an independent contractor at Evercare. We do not provide our caregivers with insurance coverage since you work with us on a freelance basis.
