Terms and Conditions
Programme
This Programme is valid for service bookings made by the Referred Client between 1st October 2025 and 31st October 2025 (the "Programme Period"). All other actions and qualifications must be completed within this timeframe.
Referral Rewards
The Service Credit you will receive is based on the total number of hours of qualifying services paid for by the Referred Client during the Programme Period:
- 1 hour or more: HK$100 Service Credit
- 10 hours or more: HK$500 Service Credit
- 20 hours or more: HK$1,000 Service Credit
- If the Referred Client hires a Live-in Caregiver arrangement you will receive an additional HK$1,000 Service Credit
Note: Qualifying services include those provided by medical escorts, health care worker (HCW), occupational assistant (OTA), physiotherapist assistant (PTA), enrolled nurses (EN), registered nurses (RN), and therapists. Housekeeping services are excluded.
Granting & Use of Service Credit
- All Service Credits will be awarded to the Referrer's account within one (1) month after the Programme Period ends.
- Awarded Service Credit must be used within three (3) months of being granted to your account. Any unused credit will expire automatically and without notice.
- Service Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or any other alternative.
How to Refer
For a referral to be valid and for you to receive your Service Credit, the new client must explicitly mention your phone number (as registered with your Evercare account) at the time of making their first service booking.
To ensure your referral is processed smoothly and to avoid any disappointment, we strongly recommend that you:
- Inform your referral to provide your details when they call or book online.
- Alternatively, contact your Evercare account manager to initiate the official referral process on your behalf before the new client books.
Note: Referrals cannot be applied retroactively after the new client has already made their first booking.
Eligibility
- To be a Referrer, you must be an existing Evercare client.
- A Referred Client must be entirely new to Evercare and must not have ever booked or used any of our services previously.
- This Programme applies only to self-funded services. It is not applicable to clients who are funding their care through the Community Care Service Voucher for the Elderly scheme or any other government-subsidised programme.
General Terms
- This Programme is offered at the sole discretion of Evercare.
- Evercare reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Programme or these T&Cs at any time and without prior notice.
- Evercare reserves the right to investigate and void any referrals that we suspect to be fraudulent, misattributed, or in violation of these T&Cs (e.g., self-referrals, referrals between immediate family members in the same household where this constitutes an attempt to game the system).
- Evercare decisions regarding all aspects of this Programme are final and binding.
- This Programme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated by Evercare.
