We will reach out and complete a short consultation to understand your needs

3. Complete Booking Form and Sign Service Agreement

Your Care Manager share a booking form with you to complete with details of your requested service(s).

4. Confirm Your Caregiver

We will provide suitable caregiver candidates within 1-2 days for you to review and choose from.

5. Match & Prepay

Once we match you with a suitable caregiver, you will have to prepay before beginning service.

    We ask for your information in exchange for a free consultation in order to:

    1. Understand your situation better and make recommendations that suit your needs; 
    2. Send information we think may be of interest to you by email or other means;
    3. Send you marketing communication we think may be of value to you.

  • What is a care specialist?

    Our team of care specialists is made up of nurses and health care workers with expert knowledge and decades of experience in home care and care services that work in conjunction with home care. They can give you general or specific advice regarding your caregiving needs.

  • What topics will be discussed?

    In our consultation, we will cover the following topics:

    • An assessment of your medical needs
    • An assessment of your home care needs
    • Advice and tips to improve your caregiving experience
    • How we can help
    • Any caregiving-related issues you would like to discuss

  • Is there a time limit for the consultation?

    Unfortunately, due to high demand, each consultation can only last at most 30 minutes. The time limit is set to make sure that everyone has equal access to our help. However, you may schedule follow-up consultations with the same care specialist if you have more needs to discuss. These will be completely free of charge as well.

  • Is it really free?

    Absolutely! We know caregiving is no easy task; we've been there ourselves. We want to empower you with the resources and knowledge to make your journey smoother and easier. Keep us in mind the next time you have caregiving questions!
